nice colours on this shot, it's always hard to take a fruit and make a good shot, you did with simple things, I can see here you have technique in photography (I did too a bit). Composition, saturation and focus is all good, maybe (I'm not sure of this..) is that your shadow on the fruit?
If yes, usually I played with my shadow, but sometimes, like in this case, you try to focus the viewer on a nice and juicy fruit, then the shadow disturb a bit. Avoiding these little things make your shots always and always better!
If it's just a colouring of the fruit..then it's ok :)
